家具行业人力资源管理现状

◆作为企业所有者大多经历了白手起家，艰苦创业的历程，知道创业来之不易，担心外来者不珍惜，从心里上放心不下，大都信任熟悉的人。

◆人在不同位置的表现是不同的。

有一些人在获得重任后便表现出劣性，给企业造成很大损失。有一些人在业务方面很出色，但管理需要很强的局面驾御能力、全局统筹思想和全方面的专业技能，思考角度、处理问题的方法都发生了改变，这对他们来说是更大挑战。他们不能得心应手。如果放松了学习便很快走向失败。

◆很多人因为观点的不同，价值取向的不同，生活阅历的不同而对事物的看法迥然不同。

我们的企业经营者喜欢听话的人，而大多听话的人是不具有成熟思想、独立精神的人。出色的职业经理人一定会是具有思想的人，轻易不会人云亦云，在原则问题上往往有自己的见解。如果企业经营者和职业经理人长期不同见解，职业经理人出局是必然的。如果我们为能听到好话而雇佣听话但完不成目标的人，我们是不是忘记了我们的使命，我们究竟为什么雇佣人员？仅仅为了他听话，看的顺眼吗？

◆相信大师，借助外脑是对的，但怎么借助是有学问的。

为什么中国足球聘请了很多世界级大师仍然不能腾飞？一个重要的原因是：他们不了解中国，不同的历史环境下产生不同的文化，仅就足球本身改革是不会取得彻底进步的，因为足球是有生命的，孕育着人的灵魂。企业也是一样。我们需要先进的经验，但必须彻底理解，吸收后才会有成效。囫囵吞枣是不利于企业长远发展的。

◆现在大多企业重视企业规章制度建设，问题是什么样的企业制度是企业目前所必须的，制度执行的可行性有多大。

如果企业制度一味照搬大的公司的规定，这样的制度还是没有的好。企业经营者最怕也最常遇到“南郭先生”，现在的企业有浮躁的冲动，看谁说的符合上司意愿，不肯轻易慷慨激昂的人被认为不自信。我们更多的关注业绩，而忽略经济成本。我们更多的关注眼前，而不会考虑今后的行动方向。

◆缺少凝聚力是最大的危机。

家族企业最大的弊病就是只抓住了小的方面而不顾及重要的方面。我们的企业内部协调很困难，员工职责划分不清楚，企业内关系复杂，互相扯皮，效率低下。小公司历经数载还是原地踏步，公司经营者精明的很，但智慧不足。企业广告炒作的多，实际内涵少。各方面都很节约，各种漏洞看起来都已堵住，但实际效果呢？经营者不放权，业务手续繁杂，但不都在走过场，起不到真正的意义。更主要的员工不敢讲真话，不愿承担责任，拈轻推重，大锅饭思想依然严重。企业经营者害怕员工损害公司利益，收押金，制定严厉的处罚措施：罚的文化，其结果是表面员工在顺从的工作，但仅此而已。如此循环，员工与经营者间的矛盾越来越大，何谈患难与共？企业经营者不关心员工，不知道员工的所想所担心的是什么，员工也是干一天和尚撞一天钟，员工只想工资、待遇，恨不能马上下班赶紧回家。很多企业没有休息日，员工被动的工作，哪有工作的热情？而高质量的工作需要激情的。没有了激情，企业不会有美好的明天。

有这样的事例：国外一家工厂突发大火，烧毁了工厂。工人们都担心下个月的生活来源时，每位员工都收到了公司寄来的工资，第二月仍是如此。没有人号召，工人们默默地走回工厂，分文不取的自愿收拾残局，搬运货物，擦拭机器，不久，这家工厂又马达轰鸣，迅速发展起来。我每看到这个故事的时候，我的眼睛都有些湿润。多好的老板，多好的员工啊，这样的企业能衰落吗？缺少爱心和责任感的人是不会有大的发展的，同样适用于企业。

现代社会需要高素质的管理者，也需要诚信的员工。小公司靠经营者的努力，中等公司需要协调和平衡。制度在一定时期会发生作用，但企业最终发展要靠人文思想来凝聚。
